BATTLE REPORT
Jumping into the NCC 8664 Opteron X8 (RR Domi) I formed up with the Reserve Fleet and headed out to Villasen at around 4:15 Eve time, to go kill the POS in Villasen. Before arriving in Villasen we get a report that a 60 to 100 man fleet of squids had formed up to try and stop us again. I had not been present for the first engagement and will leave that report to another but from what I was hearing over comms we wiped the floor with them then and we where going to reform up and prepare some more fried Squid. After some movement and good use of scouts we where able to combined the reserve fleet and the main fleet, but not before the squids swarmed the POS. The engagement was quick and the main fleet was forced to pull back to a SS while the reserve fleet moved into position and prepared to jump into Villasen. The two fleets where able to meet up with no problems as the Squids had slit up to gate camp and hold the POS. Having choses the wrong gate our reserve fleet was able to slip in.
Now that the two fleets had combined we headed back in force to the POS. They had left a small fleet to protect the POS and they where outside the bubble... What fools! we opened up on them and dropped ship after ship with no problems.
The quite started to get to me as we waited so I blasted my toons and got ready for the next round. After a few poor souls lost there ships to our Fleet of Freedom, trying to get to the POS, they finely had regathered and where now coming for round 3.
Having lost the first round and won the second I was exited to see what round 3 would be like for this engagement. They had come strong and the largest of ships started to drop quick. From my stand point the Squids didn't seem to know who to prime. Many in my watch list where losing shields but their armor was holding out from mine and other friendly reps. We where holding well, while there ships where dropping like flies. Many of us did a great job at dropping the called primes. Others took a active role in choosing soft easy targets as well to help drop the numbers of the squids. MinnerPewPew came out with a staggering 20 killmails!!!! The Fleet worked well together to hold the field.
I had just ran out of cap boosters when I saw the screen fill up with a sense of doom. I was being secondaried. I made a quick choice and headed to an SS. I am not proud of it but having seen my cap hit the 0 mark and my modules turning off I didn't want to find myself primed with no ability to tank. So I pull out. I warped back in to see that their fleet of squids had been majorly reduced and we where going strong. One after one drakes and carricals were dropping like flies as we finished off what had not been able to escape our interceptors and scrammers.
Having held the field and with a strong fleet still left we opened up on the POS and finished it off in quick time and with no more resistance. Looting then proceeded to be our main objective. And with the clean finished we went home at about 6:00 eve time, with pride in our hears and cheers with beers all around!

Conclusion: You took the cowards way out, making this a COWARD REPORT
Stay put in Villasen, you'll get to fight a real enemy in a day or two
I just found this. http://dl.eve-files.com/media/0807/bob2[1].JPG
You sir, should really stay put.
Actually I did stay for the end and I did say what happened in the end. We killed the POS and held the field. I didn't post any numbers because at this point I could only be guessing as all the KMs aren't in yet. Also it will take time to sort though to see who lost what and its late. Im relaxing and happy with the outcome no mater how much you think I suck :)

It was a choice and I made it... Not proud of it but I don't regret it.

Chris
Our Main KB is www.gallente.net but it doesn't give FW stats as much as over all stats and stats on corps as of right now. Which makes it hard to get good solid number and I don't want to make shit up.

Originally by: Tatoed Goat LOL I was joking, got bored and decided to troll a little.
Actually I would have done the same though I wouldn't have flown a Domi, I'd have flown a Hyper.
To be honest I have some friends fighting on the Gallentean side and they're having great fun so hope you're enjoying yourself too.
:) you are a very intresting troll indeed :) Hope to see you on the battle field

Originally by: Victoria Ehr It was a fun lag fest. Oh GOD no; pos warfare in FW??
I am also shocked but only because it was one of the most eventful and fun POS stomping I have ever done. And its all thanks to BoB and the Squids. In the end the Squids put up one hell of an effort to stop us.
Hope to see it again :)
